Exhibitor Show Information

• Each 10’ x 10’ Booth Includes: One 6’ skirted table, Two chairs, Electric Outlet (No power-strip or extension cords), Wireless internet, and Two full conference registrations valid for exhibit hall and technical session access.

  • The Iron Trials Motors Event Center (ITMEC) does not have options for renting additional tables, chairs or carpet.

  • Bring your own power strip if you will need more than one outlet.

• Shipping: The ITMEC will accept shipments between April 10-14, 2023. Please send to the below address. If the shipment will require special handling or unloading, please notify SME Exhibits in advance of arrival. NO LOADING DOCK AT THE ITMEC.

• Loading Doors Onsite: The loading doors are on the North side of the building. Please see the attached map so you know which doors to utilize to unload your materials. Make sure to unload and move your vehicle ASAP so other companies can use these doors to unload their materials.

• Move-out Shipping: Please schedule your move-out pickup for Thursday April, 20th between 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. Make sure to have shipping labels and the bill of lading for your materials. Please make sure all your materials are labeled properly so we can ensure your shipment gets picked up by the correct carrier.

• If you are bringing your own materials, we suggest you also bring a dolly or hand cart to unload your items as there is a limited supply at the ITMEC. If you require a fork lift to unload your materials, 220 power or will need assistance, please let SME Exhibits know.
